30-Day Return Policy

Product Integrity

To protect product integrity and ensure every customer receives a pristine fragrance, opened fragrances cannot be returned.

Products with broken seals, removed protective wrapping, opened packaging, or any signs of use are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened fragrances.
  • Products with broken seals or removed protective wrapping.
  • Used or tested items.
  • Products not returned in their original condition.
  • Clearance or Final Sale items.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim promptly, please provide:

  • Photos of the shipping box.
  • Photos of the product received.
  • Photos of the shipping label.
  • Your order number.

Once our team reviews your claim, we will promptly determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
